ChangeoverSaturday is the changeover day, but we can be flexible during off peak periods. Guests are asked to vacate by 10am on the day of departure (unless agreed otherwise), to allow for cleaning and the new guests arriving from 2pm onwards. |
Notes on prices
Prices - are per week and are in GBP. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
If staying for more than 7 nights, we will discount the extra nights, please enquire.
Cots/high chairs - are available to hire, please enquire for price.
Winter lets are welcome, please ask for a price.
Cleaning/Linen - All linen and towels are provided including pool side towels. Cleaning will be done before you arrive and when you depart. If you require cleaning during your stay, this will be charged extra.
